Chelsea Mose is an internationally experienced Producer and Director creating documentary and factual content with depth, humanity and cinematic sensibility. She has led projects across Asia-Pacific and internationally for global platforms including National Geographic, Discovery Channel and Netflix.
Known for her calm presence, strong editorial judgement and ability to navigate complex environments, Chelsea leads productions ranging from remote field shoots to intimate contributor-led stories. She combines logistical precision with emotional intelligence, helping teams move efficiently while creating space for authentic storytelling.
With a background in neuroscience and a deep curiosity about people, she is particularly drawn to stories exploring resilience, identity, belief and our relationship with the natural world.
Based in Bangkok and available internationally for producing, directing, story development and field productions.
